October 10, 2009 - More than a hundred students of Filamer Christian College and employees of Capiz Emmanuel Hospital combined to profess their faith publicly and engage in this first-ever Water Baptism ceremony for both this institutions at the People's Park, Baybay, Roxas City, Capiz.
