GOAL

The FCC Elementary School aims for the total development of the child for the attainment of the highest quality of life.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

1. Integrate Christian values in different fields/areas of discipline.
2. Revive the spirit of nationalism by having flag raising ceremonies during Mondays and Fridays.
3. Hold monthly regular convocations with specific themes.
4. Upgrade teaching competencies of teachers.
5. Come up with workbooks solely for the Elementary Unit.
6. Work out a memorandum of agreement with sister institutions for faculty exchange program.
7. Improve laboratory facilities and equipment.
8. Strengthen the unit outreach program by adopting a barangay with the involvement of the teachers and pupils.
9. Train teachers to be computer literate.
10. Introduce computer instruction in the elem. grades from grades IV-VI.
